Thoughtful Packaging for a Safe Journey

Every lamp is carefully packed by hand in recyclable, eco-friendly materials. We use:

Strong, recyclable cardboard boxes

Paper-based shock absorbers

No plastic foam or vacuum sealing

Pre-shaped compartments to protect delicate frames

Each parcel is shipped in its true shape to preserve the handmade structure of rattan and cotton string designs. Nothing is crushed or compromised in transit.

Delivery Times

We work with trusted global couriers like DHL, FedEx, and EMS, depending on your location. Estimated delivery times:

North America:3-5 business days

Europe: 4-6 business days

Asia-Pacific: 4–6 business days

Middle East & Africa:5-7 business days

Customs & Tracking

All orders come with tracking numbers so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.

We clearly label products for customs clearance and include invoices as required by local authorities.

For countries that charge import duties, customers are responsible for applicable fees.
